Failure analysis of oxygen hose of the lance equipment in Dec 01, 2008 · The composition of the bellows and the flange materials does not conform to the specification. However, analysis showed that similar steel to that of the X10CrNiTi189 grade steel has been used and this deviation from the specification does not appear to have any bearing on the present failure. Hardness survey also does not show any abnormalities.
